When All Else Fails, Kworx

Welcome to the chaos. Glad you’re here.

Kworx is what happens when one person refuses to pick a lane, and happens to be good at all of them. Built by Rob Kearse, writer, animator, sound designer, VFX nerd, musician, and full-time creative control freak, this is what it looks like when you stop asking for permission and just start building.

Rob’s been remixing reality since he was a kid. He’d write book reports on books no one assigned and argue that he still did the work. His first instrument was an out-of-tune family piano. His second was the refusal to do things the “normal” way. When no one could capture the sounds he was hearing — A train hydraulics, Popeye’s theme in a minor key over boom bap drums — he said, “I got it.” And he did.

The “K” in Kworx stands for Kearse. The “worx” stands for... literally everything else. He writes the scripts. He animates the characters. He voices them. He scores the music. He edits the trailers. He builds the site. If it’s here, he touched it. Don’t touch him back though.

When he produces music, he releases it under the name HollaFortune, the same energy, the same chaos, just a different alias. Whether you see Kworx or hear HollaFortune, it’s all from the same source. Same poetic chaos, slightly different tag.

What’s he proud of? Himself. The babies. The shows. The music. The weird little moments you catch if you’re really watching. Kworx isn’t about perfection. It’s about intention. It’s about making something so original, you can’t help but want to see it again. Or hear it again. Or question what the hell you just watched.
